Chicken and Vegetable Soup


Fall is my favorite time of year to make soup! Especially something hearty and healthy. Since I am more of a throw it together kind of a cook I'll just give the general ingredients for reference :)

- Chicken broth and mushroom broth 
- Roasted chicken 
- Cooked onion, carrots, kale and mushrooms 
- Optional addition -  rice or quinoa
- The special ingredient: Savory Spice Pike Place Protein Rub (Himalayan pink salt, chia seeds, sumac, orange peel, garlic, coarse coffee, black pepper, and thyme.) 
- Salt and red pepper flakes to taste
- Fresh cilantro and green onions to garnish
