Returned items must be received with 15 days of delivery.
The product should be returned in the original packaging unless severely damaged in transit or while opening (sometimes it’s just really exciting when a package arrives!)
We inspect all items before leaving the warehouse and we make note of any imperfections. If damage has been caused during transit then you will need to file a complaint with the shipping company.
Once the item is returned safely within the 15 day window, we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s). However, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Once the item has arrived and been inspected, we will issue a return on the same credit card that you used to make the purchase.
